Proposed mentor quality process
Professional verification would support trusted access. Mentors would give task feedback and review Career Report Cards organised from student reflections and relevant mentor feedback. Students' post-session reviews assess preparation, communication, relevance and realistic career understanding to inform mentor development and programme improvement. Any recording-based quality review would require informed consent; conversations are not recorded by default.
